Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeteksi dan kemudian memetakan jenis-jenis kesalahan bahasa Inggrisyang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa prodi MBI 4 A dan B jurusan Administrasi Bisnis dalammenulis naskah Bahasa Inggris. Responden yang dilibatkan adalah 33 mahasiswa. Merekadiberi tugas membuat karangan mengenai topik bisnis sepanjang 2 halaman. Hasil koreksianmenunjukkan kelemahan yang harus ditangani. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan kelemahantersebut, maka dibuatkan modul pelatihan untuk penguatan pemahaman dan praktekmahasiswa.. Modul diurai berdasar kesalahan yang dibuat dan diberikan ke masing-masingmahasiswa yang membuat kesalahan di unsur-unsur itu.. Mereka diminta membuat perbaikanatas tulisan pertama mereka. Hasil pertama dan kedua dibandingkan dan dilakukan uji beda.Kesalahan gramatikal yang sering dilakukan mahasiswa adalah pengunaan verb tense,Conjunction, Passive Voice, Auxiliary, dan relative pronoun. Modus kesalahan yang seringmuncul dengan dua kali kesalahan pada aspek pengunaan verb tense, Conjunction, PassiveVoice, Auxiliary, dan relative pronoun. Melalui pelatihan yang kontinyu, terarah, dan tersistim,maka mahasiswa akan mempunyai bekal lebih baik guna menulis skripsi mereka

Abstract

Turnover intention is affected by many factors. The objective of this research is to analyze theinfluence of workload (X1), work-family conflict (X2), and job insecurity (X3) on job satisfaction(Y) and the impact on turnover intention (Z) partially and simultaneously. The method ofcollecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentary study. The amount ofsample is 100 production department employee. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research.The result shows that workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity partially havenegatively and significantly influence on job satisfaction and also have simultaneouslysignificant influence on job satisfaction. Workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity givecontributions to job satisfaction of 41,1% while 58,9% were influence by others variables. Whilejob satisfaction partially have negatively and significantly influence on turnover intention.Workload, workfamily conflict, and job insecurity partially have positively and significantlyinfluence on turnover intention and also have simultaneously significant influence on turnoverintention. Workload, work-family conflict, job insecurity, and job satisfaction give contributionsto turnover intention of 62% while 38% were influence by others variables

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD), is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to theage of 6 years is done through the provision of educational stimuli to help growth and physicaland spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. TKAisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 48 Pedurungan-Semarang is an Islamic Early Childhood educationalinstitution with emphasis on faith, worship and morals through religious understanding such as:recitation of prayers, prayer readings, prayer practice, writing and reading qiroaty and others .Learning process is done in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal still use manual ways.Therefore it is necessary to develop the learning process by using the LCD Projector technologywhich is equipped with thematic VCD using the appropriate learning model. The purpose of theimplementation of Community Service activities in kindergarten ABA 48 is to open the teacher'sinsight to further improve the quality of learning process by using LCD Projector propsequipped with thematic VCD with certain learning model. Implementation of Community Serviceactivities using training methods, mentoring and simulation. With the training, mentoring andsimulation to partners in this case the kindergarten teachers ABA 48 expected to providesolutions that suit the needs.

Abstract

Quality of College Life (QCL) is one of the performance measurement instruments of a highereducation institution. The results of the Tiyarattanachai and Hollmann studies (2016) warnedthat educational institutions always prioritize internal factors is something that is common, but itis not true if educational institutions ignore external factors. Both factors must be balanced for amaximum result. The results of direct observation of this research in the form of preliminarydata, where there are found 664 business boarding houses in the city of Semarang. It gives riseto social, cultural, security and competition for the business of Kos-boarding houses andconsumers in this case students. The formulation of this research problem is how the strategicvalue of business services boarding houses / boarding houses for students as an external supportsystem on the quality of life of the campus with structural model analysis approach. The plan ofresearch needs from the beginning to the end is 5 (five) months. Sampling technique used in thisresearch is accidental sampling method in this case that is students who use business servicesboarding houses / boarding houses in the city of Semarang. For the sample size is 100 for SEManalysis tools with AMOS 22.00. In addition to SEM, this study also performs reliability test,validity test, decryption index analysis test, and others. In the end it is expected that this researchcan answer will be partially and simultaneously influence the value of environmental life,competitive economic value, and strategic location value to student achievement behavior,through the quality of campus life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of customer relationship managementwhose variable consist of continuity marketing, one to one marketing, and partnering programon the customer loyalty at PT Garuda Indonesia (persero) Tbk branch office Semarang. Dataobtained from literature search and spreading of the questionnaire to 100 respondents bypurposive sampling techniques. Meanwhile, the analysis techniques uses validity test, reliabilitytest, normality test, multikolinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linierregression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the calculationsusing SPSS version 24, the result of the research showed that the regression equation Y = 0,117+ 0,313 + 0,494 + 0,189 + e. It means that continuity marketing, one to one marketing,and partnering program have significant and positive influence on the customer loyalty. Themost influence variable is one to one marketing with the highest coefficient regression of 0,494.The coefficient of determination test is 0,490. It means that the customer loyalty of 49,0% isinfluenced by continuity marketing, one to one marketing, and partnering program. While therest of 51,0% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a model of internationalization of customermanagement, with the specific objective to produce a customer management model that can beimplemented to confront ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) competitors. The output of thisresearch is the Customer Management Model that can be used as a guide to problem abstractionlogic, and guidance in making policies about product offer, price, service, and distribution,scientific articles, teaching materials on customer relationship management courses. Data werecollected from the owner and manager of natural color batik by using survey method. Naturalcolor batik is batik product which in its coloring process does not use chemical substance, butnatural dye from rural environment. Natural dyes from the heart of banana, mahogany, cashewleaf, mango leaves, indigo plants, jengkol skin, teak leaves, red onion leaf, jackfruit wood,rambutan fruit peel. Based on the analysis is concluded that customer life cycle and form ofcompetitive understanding of MEA 2015 become the determinant of customer managementmodel. Prospect stage, First Purchase Stage, Repeat Purchase Stage, and Main Purchase Stageis valid and reliable as the construct of the customer lifecycle variable. In the customer life cycle,the primary customer stage has the highest correlation, and the prospect stage has the lowestcorrelation. The 2015 MEA competition is seen as a form of competition to improve the quality,product competitiveness, and productivity.

Abstract

The process of formulating the curriculum of the Marketing Management Studies Programinvolves the academic community in the Department of Business Administration, industry,professional associations, and alumni. The formulation of the curriculum provides guidance indeveloping an annual activity plan, which contains a series of activities to achieve graduateswho are qualified and able to compete and be able to respond and adapt to environmentalchanges relevant to stakeholder needs and the development of science and technology. Theresults of research course lead to the formulation of a quality curriculum based on the distinctiveadvantages of Marketing Management Program. The sampling technique used in this research isaccidental sampling method in this case is the alumni of Marketing Management study. Thisresearch technique will use two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, on StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The outline of the model in this research can give positive contribution for the curriculum ofMarketing Management Study Program in order to realize the quality of the graduates that theuser wants, either in the form of suggestions of managerial implications, the formulation ofcurriculum development and textbook material. Abstract

The common problem often faced by the micro industry is the limited ability of HumanResources (HR). Therefore, HR capabilities need to be improved through appropriatedevelopment programs as needed. This can be achieved if the HR development implementer usesa map of development needs that can be justified as a guideline for implementation. Mapping ofHR development needs can be done in various ways and strategies according to the purpose ofmapping. Appropriate human resource mapping will provide good and useful results, otherwisethe wrong mapping will cause more severe problems. In this article will be presented a mappingmechanism model of HR development needs used in mapping the HR development needs ofmicro-food processing industries in the tourist village of Jambearum, Kendal district. From theresults of interviews and FGD with 13 managers and pemillik of micro-food processingindustries, it can be concluded that the mechanism of problem solving based on hope and realityis the right model for solving micro-industry problems including the problems of human resourcedevelopment. This mechanism model is expected to be included and implemented for similarmicro industries elsewhere.
